Privacy notice
Privacy and cookies
This notice explains what this website does with information. The owner should review and confirm it reflects actual practice before relying on it.
Who we are
AQUILA SOFTWARE LTD, Office 1725 3 Fitzroy Place, Flat 1/1, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7RH. Contact: [email protected].
Contact and support forms
When you submit a form we receive your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, organisation, selected services and callback preference. We use these only to respond to your enquiry or provide the service you ask about. You must tick a consent box before sending. A hidden empty field helps filter automated spam.
While you type, a draft is kept in your browser's session storage for this tab so text is not lost on an error. It is cleared after a confirmed submission or when the tab closes.
Hosting and email processing
The site is hosted by a web hosting provider, whose servers process technical request data such as IP addresses as part of delivering pages. Form messages are passed to the hosting mail system and delivered to our mailbox, where they are stored by the email provider.
Abuse protection
To limit misuse, the form handler stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter, outside the public website folder, for a fifteen-minute window. Expired records are deleted when later requests are handled.
Cookies and local storage
We do not install analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. The only item stored is your cookie-banner choice, kept in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear. Both choices work identically because nothing optional exists. You can change it any time with the “Cookie choices” button below.
How long we keep information
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver any agreed service and meet legal obligations. The owner should confirm the specific retention practice.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
